Head Bartender
Yamba is looking for a proficient Head Bartender who will oversee the running of the bar, from managing the team and ensuring they provide a pleasant customer experience, to serving customers and dealing with some administrative tasks. The head bartender needs to be good at problem-solving, organised, and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be working as part of a team and should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be proud of providing excellent customer service.
Floor Manager
Yamba is looking for a proficient Floor Manager who will be responsible to provide great customer service while monitoring all F&B service and coordinating the front of house team. The Floor Manager has the responsibility to consistently provide outstanding dining experiences for Yamba guests. The successful candidate must be a great multi-tasker, quick decision maker, strong problem solver, organized, and have excellent communication skills.
